Super Pollutant Country Action Accelerator
Climate and Clean Air Coalition (CCAC)
Description
This initiative provides technical assistance and funding to help countries translate political commitments on short-lived climate pollutants (SLCPs) into high-impact mitigation actions. Projects should advance national policy, support implementation of mitigation measures, or build national capacity. Proposals are evaluated on their ability to deliver co-benefits in public health, gender equality, and economic development.
Eligibility
Consortia of NGOs, intergovernmental organizations, and other non-profit entities. Partnership with national institutions is strongly encouraged. Recent calls have targeted countries including Kazakhstan, Cambodia, Indonesia, Mexico, and South Africa.
