Description
EU LIFE Programme 2026 NGO Operating Grants support civil society organizations active in environment, climate action, and clean energy transition. Two-step process: Framework Partnership Agreement (FPA) then Specific Grant Agreement (SGA). Supports implementing EU environmental legislation, European Green Deal, biodiversity protection, circular economy transition.
Eligibility
NGOs and non-profit networks legally established in EU Member States, EEA countries, or LIFE-associated countries. Must be independent from governments, political parties, commercial interests. Activities must cover at least 3 EU/associated countries.
