Description
The Nagao Natural Environment Foundation Research Grant Programme supports scientific research on nature conservation, biodiversity, and ecosystems in developing countries of the Asia-Pacific region. Provides up to 1,000,000 JPY per project for up to 2 years. Targets early-career researchers and doctoral students. Fieldwork-based research required.
Eligibility
Individual researchers or doctoral students who are nationals of a developing country in the Asia-Pacific region, affiliated with a research institution in a target country. Must conduct fieldwork in home country or country of current institution. Team/organizational applications not eligible.
