De onderhavige opdracht betreft de verwerving van een bestaand en operationeel digitaal Parkeerrechtensysteem, inclusief de overdracht van de daarop rustende intellectuele eigendomsrechten aan Coöperatie ParkeerService. De opdracht omvat tevens de implementatie van het te verwerven systeem ter vervanging van de huidige softwarevoorziening, alsmede de hosting, het technisch beheer, het correctief, adaptief en vernieuwend onderhoud en de verdere doorontwikkeling van het platform. zie Selectieleidraad
