Hankinnan kohteena on työnantajan lakisääteinen muutosturvavalmennus tuotannollistaloudellisista syistä irtisanotuille työntekijöille ja viranhaltijoille. Hankittava palvelu ostetaan kokonaispalveluna eli palveluntuottaja vastaa palvelusta kokonaisvaltaisesti. Palvelun tarkempi kuvaus löytyy liitteestä 2 Palvelukuvaus.
